A primary aspect of Anna Papi is the attention to the environment and the sustainability of its production, with measures aimed at reducing its impact in terms of emissions and waste production, thanks to the internal recycling system and use of electricity from renewable sources. In this pursuit of excellence, since 2006, the company has achieved the iso9001 and iso14001 certifications, to prove its environmental commitment.
Since 1977 we ensure the quality and innovation of non-woven fabrics. We offer diversified solutions to meet the demands of various industries in the domestic and international markets.
At Annapapi Srl, we have already archived, since several years, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications; to attest to the high-quality levels of management and production on top of the commitment to sustainable and environmental development.

ECOLABEL CERTIFICATIONS
Annapapi microfiber cloths are EU Ecolabel certified.
EU Ecolabel is an eco-label of the European Union that distinguishes products and services ensuring high-performance standards on top of reducing the environmental impact throughout the life cycle.
EU Ecolabel is a voluntary Eco-label based on scientific system criteria that take into consideration the environmental impacts of products or services throughout their life cycle, and it is subject to certification by an independent and competent body.
The environmental performance is assessed on a scientific basis by analyzing the most significant environmental impacts throughout the life cycle of the product or service, taking also into account the lifetime of products and their re-usability/recyclability, and the reduction of packaging and its recycled content.
The European Ecolabel criteria include the participation of European consumer and environmental associations, and also cover important aspects of consumer health and safety. Furthermore, they cover, where relevant, the main social and ethical aspects of production processes. For Annapapi in Livorno, sustainability is conceived both as a value and strategy, to continue to grow in the national and international market, following a model of sustainable development, in line with the institutional guidelines.
Our commitment is constant and clear, through concrete investments in the eco-friendly industry now and in the future. Another important aspect is the active and continuous monitoring of pollutant emissions so that we can limit our environmental impact.
We believe that the protection of our planet needs to be compatible with the production and necessities of the industry. For this reason, the developed actions and projects have led to excellent results in terms of the optimization of natural resources and concerning waste-management as a circular economy.
We use concrete measures to reduce our environmental impact, by following a sustainable development model. Our company is equipped with an internal recycling system to reuse manufacturing waste. The waste, quickly becomes a resource thanks to innovative and highly technological treatments, entering the production lines again, limiting refuse and energy resources use.
We are also equipped with an electricity production system from renewable sources, thus offsetting our impact on resource consumption. Another point that is taking part of our business philosophy is the use of long-lasting tools and machinery that are specifically designed to be frequently updated and modernized without needing replacing and disposal.
